QNMH will repair or replace and detects the defects occur within one year from the date of installation or eighteen months from the date of shipment (reflects the date on the Bill of Lading), whichever occurs first. Purchaser shall be responsible for the proper installation of the units and operating within the design limits of the furnished units otherwise, if the units are defected because of operation error, then repair of replacement will be charged to the Purchaser.
