Shantou Huaxing Metallurgical Spare Plant Co. Ltd. possesses three specialized plants, and they are manufacture plant of copper staves, manufacture plant of copper-plate tuyeres and manufacture plant of Non-oxygen copper plants, which occupy 14.1 hectares of land and a floorage of 36000 m2.

PRODUCTS :

Copper stave is made of non-oxygen copper plates and applied special deep-hole drilling and automatic welding. Copper staves have the advantages such as low thermal resistance, low work temperature, high heat load and low thermal loss. It provides a reliable basis for realizing the goal of 15-20 year working life of blast furnace by forming "non overheating cooling system".

Swirling tuyeres of a pure copper plate are produced, using a pure copper plate with high thermal conductivity as raw material, and then they shall become finished products by being shaped specially and welded. This product has sound water channels structure. Its use-life is greatly lengthened with an assured velocity of the water, which enables stableness and high-yield production of the blast furnace.

Pressure ring, contact shoe, heat shield, bus tube riser, content copper tube and furnace roof are applied to electric arc furnace, like high-power smelting electric furnace.
